Following the success of the Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist series produced by the Machinima channel, "Yoshinori Ono" of Capcom announced a new production titled Resurrection.
A teaser was revealed at the Capcom Cup 2015 event this past weekend.
Assassin's Fist was directed by Joey Ansah, who made a short film called Legacy in April 2013. He soon cancelled it after receiving full funding for the project. Machinima released the series on YouTube in May 2014, where Funimation licensed the series for release in North America and also on Blu-Ray.
Machinima announced at the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con that they were working on Street Fighter: Warrior. It was scheduled for release in late 2015 or early 2016.
