Following the success of the Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist Capcom 's “Yoshinori Ono” announced a new production titled Street Fighter V: Resurrection scheduled to arrive in spring 2016.
A teaser was revealed at the Capcom Cup 2015 event this weekend.
Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist's was directed by “Joey Ansah” who made a short called Street Fighter: Legacy, Ansah had launched a Kickstarter campaign for the project in April 2013, but soon canceled it after receiving full funding for the project. Machinima released the series on YouTube in May 2014, where Funimation licensed the series for release in North America and also on Blu-Ray.
Machinima had announced at the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con that they were working on Street Fighter: Warrior, the second season of Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist , scheduled for release in late 2015 and early 2016.
