The official website for the Strike Witches announced the title of its second OVA, titled Strike Witches: Operation Victory Arrow Vol 2: Aegean Umi no Megami. This second OVA is scheduled to hit Japanese screens on January 10, 2015.
Several Japanese theaters will be selling bundled tickets with a retail price of 1,900 yen (about $19). The website is also streaming a new promotional video for the series' first OVA, which will premiere next month. The video features the episode's opening theme song, "Connect Link" by Yoko Ishida (Pretear, Ah My Goddess!):

The episode will be the second of three 30-minute stories that portray the lives of the members who returned to their respective homes after the end of Operation Mars in the second TV series. The story takes place before the 2012 film . The first episode is scheduled to premiere on September 20 .
The Strike Witches anime adaptation features mecha girl illustrations by Humikane Shimada . The first season of the anime aired in 2008, while the second season aired in 2010. Crunchyroll streamed the second season of the anime as it aired in Japan, and Funimation released the first two seasons on DVD. In addition to the anime film , a third season was announced last year.
