Studio Bind surpasses itself with an anime even better than Mushoku Tensei

Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation is a highly successful anime that made Studio Bind famous, but Onimai: Now I'm Your Sister , the studio's second anime, also features an incredible story that is worth watching. While Mushoku Tensei popularized many concepts of the isekai genre, Onimai offers a fun slice-of-life story that's easy to follow.

Studio Bind surpasses itself with an anime even better than Mushoku Tensei

Released in January 2023, Onimai went by like any other anime of the season, but the work offers an experience as fun as the beloved isekai from Studio Bind. Initially, the anime received some criticism for its fan service. However, its episodes deliver much more than that for viewers who dive headfirst into them.

Mushoku Tensei is known for its high-quality animation, as Studio Bind dedicated meticulous attention to this work. On the other hand, Onimai's animation also stands out with fluid movements and vibrant colors. Although it's a slice-of-life anime, which isn't particularly known for outstanding animation, its production is admirable.

The facial expressions and humor perfectly convey the fun and heartwarming experience the characters go through. Furthermore, even the end credits received detailed animation under the supervision of Norimitsu Suzuki . It's an anime worth checking out for anyone who enjoys lighthearted comedic genres.
