Synopsis:
The story introduces us to young Shinpei who returns after a few years of absence to the island where he grew up. Shinpei was an orphan since he was a child and another family on the island, the Kofune, adopted him and raised him as if he were just another member of the island. However, now our protagonist lives in Tokyo, where he studies. The reason why Shinpei returned to his home island is to attend the funeral of Ushio, his childhood best friend and adoptive sister, as she is a Kofune.
Finally, Yasuki Tanaka 's Summer Time Rendering began publishing in 2017 on Shueisha 's Shonen Jump . The manga ended with 13 volumes and its last volume came out in Japan in April this year.
