Synopsis:
The story introduces us to young Shinpei, who returns after several years away to the island where he grew up. Shinpei was an orphan since childhood, and another family on the island, the Kofune, adopted him and raised him as if he were just another member of the island. However, our protagonist now lives in Tokyo, where he studies. The reason Shinpei returned to his home island is to attend the funeral of Ushio, his childhood best friend and adoptive sister, as she is a Kofune.
Finally, Yasuki Tanaka 's Summer Time Rendering began publication in 2017 on Shueisha 's Shonen Jump . The manga finished with 13 volumes, and its final volume was released in Japan in 2021.
