Nintendo has begun showing this presentation trailer for Super Mario Maker 2. The sequel to the game originally released for the Wii U in 2015 arrives on shelves and in stores on June 28, 2019, exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
On the official website we can read:
Break the rules and create the Super Mario levels of your dreams in Super Mario Maker 2 for Nintendo Switch! With a variety of new tools, level parts, and features at your disposal, you can unleash your imagination and build unique levels that you can share with friends and players around the world.
Creating Super Mario levels is very easy, and this time, two players can do it together on a single screen. You can choose and place iconic objects and enemies wherever you want, and choose from different themes and styles, including now Super Mario 3D World!
Previously, Nintendo had revealed in an announcement during its most recent Nintendo Direct that Super Mario Maker 2 would be released for Nintendo Switch in June 2019.
