It was revealed via the official Twitter account that The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya will receive a new novel adaptation. According to the information, Kadokawa will release a new volume on November 25th.

Furthermore, the new volume will be titled Suzumiya Haruhi no Chokkan (The Intuition of Haruhi Suzumiya) with story by Nagaru Tanigawa and illustrations by Noizi Ito.

The novel, spanning over 250 pages, will combine three stories, one of which is entirely new.

The book had 20 million copies in circulation when it was released between 2003 and 2011, and is now returning 9 years later.

Finally, the first season of the anime arrived in 2006 in a non-linear order, being retransmitted in 2009 with new episodes and a new chronological order.
