She enters the world of Gun Gale Online with her avatar, Llenn, who is less than 150 centimeters tall and wears everything pink. She meets a beautiful, dark-skinned player named Pitohui. They get along well, but one day Pitohui pressures her to participate in the "Squad Jam," a team-based Battle Royale variation of the Bullet of Bullets tournament.
Finally, the anime adapts the Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online light novel series by Keiichi Sigsawa, which in turn is a spin-off of the Sword Art Online light novel series by Reki Kawahara. The first season of the Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online anime premiered in April 2018 and had 13 episodes.
