According to the panel at the Dengeki Game Festival 2014 event, it was confirmed that Sword Art Online II (Sword Art Online: Phantom Bullet) will arrive in July. During the event, new conceptual art of the project was also released.
The new season inspired by Reki Kawahara's original novel will take place with the return of the MMO Gun Gale Online, which focuses on firearms but also features knives and lightsabers. The official website gave this new series the subtitle “ Phantom Bullet ”.
