New game announced at Tokyo Game Show 2014
At the Tokyo Game Show 2014 event, it was announced this week that a new Sword Art Online game is already in development. The game is tentatively titled SAO III. The Dengeki Bunko Autumn Festival 2014 event will provide more details on October 5th.
Based is a series of light novels created by Reki Kawahara. An eight-volume manga adaptation was published by ASCII Media Works, which has already inspired two games; Sword Art Online -Infinity Moment- and Hollow Fragment-, for PSP and PS Vita respectively.
The plot, in addition to the games, also inspired 2 seasons of anime.
