A new manga Sword Art Online: Progressive series , titled Sword Art Online: Progressive – Kuraki Yūyami no Scherzo (Scherzo of Deep Night).
The progressive series began publication in Dengeki G's magazine in April 2018, as well as its second manga adaptation of the novel, adapting the 3rd volume.
Kiseki Himura (Tawawa on Monday, Just Because!) launched the first manga adaptation in Dengeki G's Magazine in June 2013 and finished it in February 2018 with seven volumes. Yen Press published all seven volumes in English in the USA.
Finally, the story is retold from Sword Art Online with some changes and following Kirito as he progresses through each floor of Aincrad Castle.
