Synopsis
Tamako Market tells the story of Tamako Kitashirakawa, a first-year high school student passionate about mochi, whose family owns a mochi shop in her city's shopping district. Tamako and her friends, Midori and Kanna, are part of the badminton club, and she also finds time to help the family business by helping to create new mochi flavors.
Tamako Market received a season that premiered on January 9, 2013. Eventually, the series spawned a great film titled Tamako Love Story , also directed by Naoko Yamada and produced by Kyoto Animation (Clannad, Hyouka, K-On!).
