The official website of the anime Tate on the Rising of the Shield Hero has just officially confirmed that its 4th season will have 12 episodes. The information came through the Blu-Ray and DVD launch schedule of the new phase.

According to the official website, the episodes will be distributed in three volumes. The first will be released on October 29, 2025 , with episodes 1 to 4. Subsequently, volume 2 arrives on November 26 , with episodes 5 to 8. The volume is scheduled for December 24 , containing episodes 9 to 12.
Each volume will be available in Blu-ray and DVD format , and will bring exclusive gifts to fans of the work. Currently, the production of the fourth season is in the hands of Kinema Citrus , which had already worked in the previous stages.
