The official website for the anime Tearmoon Empire (Tearmoon Teikoku) revealed new information today, including confirmation of the anime's premiere on October 7th, new promotional art, and, finally, the addition of two new voice actresses to the cast.

The new voice actresses are:
- Kanon Takao as Tiona Rudolvon (Left in image above)
- Nao Toyama as Rafina Orea Belluga (Right in the image above)
Tomori Kusunoki will voice Anne Littstein, while Yuichiro Umehara will voice Ludwig Hewitt.
The anime stars Sumire Uesaka as the heroine Mia Luna Tearmoon.
Therefore, the direction is by Yuushi Ibe (Shijou Saikyou no Daimaou) composed by Deko Akao (Hitomi Mieno) and character designer by Mai Ootsuka (Genjitsu Shugi Yuusha no Oukoku Saikenki).
Synopsis
Tearmoon tells the story of Mia, who died by guillotine after the revolution that took place in the Tearmoon Empire. However, after her death, she realized she had returned to being a child… that she had traveled back in time. So, with her diary full of information about future events and the fear of having to die by guillotine once again, she decides to change her destiny, altering the future of an entire nation.
Author Nozomu Mochitsuki started the novel on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in August 2018, and was acquired by TO Books, which currently publishes the series in print with illustrations by Gilse .
Finally, a manga adaptation with illustrations by Mizu Morino was released on the manga website Comic Corona in August 2019. In May 2022, J-Novel Club announced that it had also licensed the manga.
