Teenage Mercenary 's anime adaptation was finally confirmed, to the delight of fans of the work. The success of the Korean Webtoon , published since 2021, is now gaining a new way to thrill the audience around the world.
Currently under development, the project is in the hands of Line Digital Frontier , Japanese arm of Webtoon Entertainment. Responsible for platforms such as Line Manga and Ebookjapan, the company has already stated that this anime promises to deliver action, style and emotion to the same measure.

Created by YC and Rakyeon, Teenage Mercenary accompanies Ijin Yu, a boy who survives a plane crash and turns out to survive. However, he returns to Korea after a decade far away, rediscovering his family and trying to live as an ordinary teenager. However, adapting to school routine can be as challenging as a battlefield.
Webtoon won the top of Line Manga rankings in both 2023 and 2024. With 10 languages translation, the series became a global success.
