For those who remember in the 2000s, the anime Tenchi Muyo! on open TV, more specifically on Band Kids Crunchyroll streaming platform .
The series, which tells the story of a 17-year-old boy whose life is completely changed after investigating an ancient family legend, was initially created as a collection of original video adaptations (or OVAs), which were later taken to manga and turned into a weekly anime.
Finally, Tenchi Muyo!'s release on the platform will coincide with the OVAs' arrival in Japanese stores, instead of arriving weekly on streaming services. For now, only the first episode is available on the platform.
