Terminator : Genisys, the film that will kick off the new Terminator franchise, gets its first trailer.
The story revolves around young Sarah Connor (Emilia Clarke). Orphaned at age 9 (an exterminator would have killed her parents), Connor was raised by an old T800 (Arnold Schwarzenegger), who she calls “pops” (a word that goes for both father and grandfather), programmed to protect, not to to kill. Educated by a robot, the girl becomes antisocial, understanding little about human emotions.
The premiere takes place on July 2, 2015. Terminator Genisys 2 and 3 hit theaters on May 19, 2017 and June 29, 201.
