The live-action version of “ Terra Formars ” by author “Yu Sasuga” will actually happen, according to the official website , which today began showing the first teaser for the film.

The film is an adaptation of the Bugs 2 arc from the first volume of the manga, while the animated series that came out was inspired by the Annex 1 arc that takes place 20 years after the events.

The premiere is scheduled for Golden Week in April 2016, directed by Takashi Miike and written by Kazuki Nakashima (Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann and Kill La Kill).
