The story follows Rentarou Aijou, a boy who, after suffering his hundredth rejection, decides to go to a shrine to pray for a better love life and for him to find his soulmate. Unexpectedly, the shrine's god hears his request and tells him he will find 100 soulmates at his school. Despite his disbelief, Rentarou soon changes his mind when Hakari Hanazono and Karane Inda confess to him that same day. However, a bizarre detail is added to his "miracle."
