The new season of the anime The Ancient Magus' Bride ( Mahotsukai no Yome ) has received a new trailer and promotional image. According to the official website, the series premieres on April 6th, animated by studio KAFKA .

The new season is directed by Kazuaki Terasawa at studio KAFKA , with scripts by Aya Takaha, Yoko Yonaiyama, and Chiaki Nishinaka. Character design by Hirotaka Kato and music by Junichi Matsumoto.
Synopsis:
The story revolves around Hatori Chise, who has lived a life of suffering, devoid of any feeling. When all hope seemed lost, she has an encounter when a man with the head of an animal, wielding strange powers, buys her at a slave auction. The man is a powerful sorcerer who decides to free Chise from the bonds of captivity.
Finally, the manga was adapted into a 24-episode anime in 2017. Furthermore, the first season was animated by Wit Studio (Attack on Titan), directed by Norihiro Naganuma (Yowamushi Pedal), and featured character designs by Hirotaka Katō .
