Synopsis The Barbarian's Bride:

For centuries, the Kingdom of Ildren has waged battles against the barbarians of the east. Among its most powerful warriors is Seraphina de Lavillant , the legendary Knight Princess . However, during a campaign against the barbarians, she is defeated and captured by the enemy. “…Tsk, just kill me already!” But, to her surprise, fate does not hold days of torture and humiliation for her… but rather a marriage! The King of the Barbarians, Véol , makes an unexpected proposal: to marry Seraphina . Indignant, she refuses with all her might. However, as she lives among the barbarians, learns about new cultures, and discovers the true Véol, her perspective begins to change… An epic romance between mortal enemies is about to begin!

Therefore, The Barbarian's Bride, also known as The Warrior Princess and the Barbaric King, is a manga series written and illustrated by Noriaki Kotoba. Finally, the work began serialization in Kodansha's shōnen manga magazine, Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine, in January 2021.
