Synopsis of the anime:
"During middle school, pitcher Yomi Takeda didn't get very far in the inter-school baseball tournament. Because her team's catcher wasn't at her level, she couldn't use her trademark "Magic Pitch," and eventually regressed because she couldn't use it. After middle school, she decided to quit playing baseball and went to Shin Koshigaya High School, which didn't have a baseball club."
There, she finds her childhood friend, Tamaki Yamazaki, whom she hasn't seen in a long time. They used to play catchball together as children. Tamaki also played baseball during middle school as a catcher, and she can even catch Yomi's "Magic Play"!
Their mutual promise made during childhood can now be fulfilled!
Walking together on the baseball road once more…
The story of girls who love baseball is about to begin!
Along with this, some cast members were announced. Among them are Toshinori Fukushima as director, Touko Machida as screenwriter, and Kouichi Kikuta as character designer. The animation is being handled by studio A-CAT. For now, there is still no information about the anime's cast.
