Despite the boy defeating the beast, Jasmine advises him not to be so reckless. She also says she once fought like Arthur and didn't understand how to cooperate with the group she was in or how to show a teammate she trusted him, but she learned this from the Twin Horns. The episode, which has a more adventurous tone, was one of the most enjoyable to watch in this first season. Furthermore, it's the first time Arthur demonstrates his skills in the field without a mentor.
Although there's still room for change and improvement, especially when it comes to teamwork, it's clear that Arthur has evolved significantly since the first episode. The love he receives from his family and Sylvia, his journey with Tessia, his training with Virion, and now his adventure with Jasmine are experiences that have contributed to Arthur's growth and, above all, to the awakening of his empathy and humanity.
At the end of the episode, the anime reveals that Tessia is observing Arthur's journey through a magical globe. The elf is disturbed that the boy is traveling with a woman. However, Virion interprets her discontent as envy of Arthur taking on a new challenge. Therefore, he advises his granddaughter to do the same and gives her a book that appears to be related to Xyrus Academy. Therefore, it is likely that, in the second season, Tessia will begin her studies at Xyrus and meet Arthur sooner than expected.
