The Dangers in My Heart: Season 2 of the anime has its premiere date announced

This Sunday (10), during the event “The Dangers in My Heart FAN FEST 2023”, TV Asahi revealed a trailer with the premiere for January 7, 2024 of the 2nd Season of The Dangers in My Heart (Boku no Kokoro in Yabai Yatsu).

The trailer featured the opening song of the second season, “Boku wa…” (I…), by the band Atarayo, and the closing song titled “Koishiteru Jibun sura Aiserunda” (I Can Love Myself Even When I'm in Love) by YouTuber Kohana Lam.

Therefore, the direction of the first season is by Hiroaki Akagi Shin-Ei Animation studio ( Takagi-san, Kakkou no Iinazuke ), script by Jukki Hanada , and character designer by Santo Katsumata.

Synopsis

The story follows Ichikawa Kyotaro , a boy on the lowest rung of his school's social ladder, but he secretly believes he is the tortured protagonist of some psychological thriller. Therefore Kyotaro spends his days dreaming of ways to disrupt the peaceful lives of his classmates and pining for his class idol Anna Yamada. But Kyotaro isn't nearly the troubled teenager he pretends to be... it turns out that Anna seems a little awkward in her social life.

Finally, The Dangers in My Heart has been serialized by publisher Akita  Shoten Manga Cross website since March 8, 2018. Furthermore, the anime's premiere is confirmed for January 2024.
