Aniplex announced that Jun Maeda and Nagi Yanagi are collaborating on the opening and ending theme song for the anime The Day I Became a God (Kamisama ni Natta Hi).
A new promotional video aired featuring Yanagi discussing the opening theme song “ Kimi to Iu Shinwa “, the video shows her singing the song in question.
Additionally, The Day I Became a God will grace the cover of Monthly Newtype , which will be released on September 10th. Aniplex hinted that the magazine will therefore have an article that will reveal some behind-the-scenes stories about the production of the anime.
