Crunchyroll announced during its Japan Expo panel that there will be an anime adaptation of the manga “The Demon Prince of Momochi House” (Momochi-san Chi no Ayakashi Ōji), written by Aya Shouoto .

Additionally, the service also said that it will stream the anime in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and the Commonwealth of Independent States when the anime airs.
Himari Momochi will be voiced by Natsumi Kawaida, while Aoi Nanamori/Nue will be voiced by Takeo Ōtsuka.
The anime is then directed by Bob Shirohata (responsible for Hetalia and Hiiro no Kakera – The Tamayori Princess Saga) at the Drive studio. Mariko Oka (known for Hell Girl, Hetalia and Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan) is responsible for character design, and Studio Monado's Yasuko Aoki (who worked on Phantom of the Idol) will oversee the series' scripts. Additionally, the music will be composed by Ayana Tsujita (from Insect Land) and Tomoyuki Kono (from Romantic Killer).
Shouoto launched the work in Kadokawa's Asuka magazine in 2013 and completed it in August 2019. It began serialization in February 2014 in the same magazine. Kadokawa published the manga's 16th and final volume in October 2019.
