The reality for some members of the anime is sad, but unfortunately common. One of the episode directors of Shingeki no Kyojin ( Attack on Titan ), Teruyuki Oomine, tweeted that he was unable to return home for 3 days .
"For the first time in three days, I could go home to sleep."
Make no mistake, this isn't unique to MAPPA. Other examples include one of the animators from CloverWorks' Tokyo 24th Ward, who was camping out at the studio.
Finally, the last season of Attack on Titan is airing in Japan every Sunday.
