With the end of the second season of the anime The Duke of Death and His Maid ( Shinigami Bocchan to Kuro Maid ) we had confirmation that the 3rd Season is in production.
Therefore, the announcement states that season 3 is planned to adapt the manga to its conclusion.

Finally, the first season of the anime premiered in Japan in July 2021, consisting of 12 episodes. The second season premiered on July 9th of this year.
