For those who don't know it yet, the manga tells the story of a young man who is transported to a fantasy world. However, as he tries to play the role he has created for himself, his fiction begins to blend with the harsh reality of this new world. The story is a mix of comedy, action and surprising twists that captivates readers and transports them to a universe where nothing is as it seems.
And there's more news! For fans of the anime, a sequel film called “The Eminence in Shadow – Lost Echoes” is being planned. This sequel promises to deepen the protagonist's journey in his role of dark eminence.
Finally, Aizawa launched the light novel on the Shosetsuka ni Naro in May 2018, Kadokawa began publishing the story in physical volumes with art by Touzai in November 2018. Furthermore, Anri Sakano launched a manga adaptation in Kadokawa's Comp Ace magazine in December 2018.
