Kadokawa released on Monday (23) the first promotional video for the anime The Foolish Angel Dances with the Devil , based on the manga “ Oroka na Tenshi wa Akuma to Odoru ” by Sawaoshi Azuma. The video reveals that the anime will January 2024. In addition, the production team revealed a new visual and the artists of the anime's theme song. The group “Taiyou to Odore, Tsukiyo ni Utae” will perform the opening theme song “Otowa”. Kaori Ishihara will perform the ending theme song “Gift”.

Synopsis
The narrative revolves around Masatora Akutsu, a young man recently transferred to a class in Japan. Akutsu is, therefore, a demon who has arrived on Earth with the purpose of finding someone capable of motivating the forces of Hell to counterattack the invading army of Heaven. However, upon his arrival, he immediately sets his sights on the kind and beautiful Lily Amane, but ends up discovering that Lily is keeping some personal secrets.
Staff
Itsuro Kawasaki ( The Yakuza's Guide to Babysitting ) is in charge of writing and directing the anime at Children's Playground Entertainment (in collaboration with GAINA ). Yuuko Yahiro ( Kaguya-sama: Love is War ) is designing the characters, Takurou Iga ( Oshi no Ko ) is composing the music, while ANLA is responsible for music production.
The anime's cast includes:
Yuuma Uchida as Masatora Akutsu, Ayane Sakura as Lily Amane, Shuuichirou Umeda as Yuuya Tanigawa, Shunichi Toki as Kensaku Hirota, Nao Touyama as Yuuka Tanabashi, and Rie Kugimiya as Liz.
Finally, Azuma launched the manga in Kadokawa's Dengeki Maoh magazine in June 2016. Kadokawa published the manga's 15th compiled volume on April 27, and will publish the 16th volume on October 26. The first volume of a spin-off manga will also be released on October 26.
