Square Enix has announced that Miyuki Tonogaya 's manga “ The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague ” is inspiring an anime .

Synopsis
The “workplace fantasy romantic comedy” revolves around Himuro-kun, a modern descendant of the Snow Woman of Japanese folklore and his seemingly aloof, eccentric, and kind colleague Fuyutsuki. Himuro-kun tends to freeze nearby objects or summon a snowstorm when he is agitated and he also has a secret crush on Fuyutsuki. However, Fuyutsuki is almost completely oblivious to anything around her.
Yui Ishikawa will play Fuyutsuki , while Chiaki Kobayashi will play Himuro-kun.
Mankyuu (Sumikkogurashi – Good to be in the corner) is directing the anime at Zero-G and the new studio Liber (established in 2021). The team plans to announce more details about the anime on August 3.
