The official website for the new season of the anime The Irregular at Magic High School ( Mahōka Kōkō no Rettōsei ) released a promotional video for it this Thursday (04). The video features the opening theme song “Shouted Serenade”, performed by LiSA and reveals the cast and technical team. Confirming its premiere for the season in April of this year.

In addition, the website also revealed a poster for the new season:
New cast members include Kikunosuke Toya as Minoru Kudou, Tatsumaru Tachibana as Takuma Shippou, and Houchu Ohtsuka will play the role of Retsu Kudou, replacing Motomu Kiyokawa, who passed away in 2022.

Therefore, Jimmy Stone, animation director and episode director on previous anime projects in the franchise, is the director of the new series at Studio 8-Bit. Taku Iwasaki (Black Butler, Bungo Stray Dogs, Gurren Lagann) returns to compose the soundtrack.
