Netflix has announced that it is producing a Kakegurui spinoff anime , based on the Kakegurui Twins manga , the platform in August 2022 .
Studio MAPPA will produce the anime, while voice actress Minami Tanaka will reprise her role as the character Mary Saotome .
Synopsis
A year before Yumeko Jabami graced the hallowed halls of Hyakkou Private Academy, Mary Saotome began her own career at the school for gambling addicts. Can the girl achieve her goal of rising from poverty to wealth through cunning and luck?
Kakegurui Twins is therefore a spinoff of the manga Kakegurui – Compulsive Gambler . The spinoff was launched in Square Enix 's Gangan Joker in September 2015.
