We have confirmation that the game The Last of Us will be adapted into a series on the HBO pay channel.
The project will be in collaboration with Mazin, from TV, who will produce and co-write the project, as well as Neil Druckmann , who directed the 2013 game and also its sequel, scheduled to arrive on PlayStation 4 in May 2020. Production will be by Sony Pictures Television , and will also mark the first work for the PlayStation Productions .

Finally, the series had entered the cinema circuit in 2016, produced by Sam Raimi and Maisie Williams ( Game of Thrones ) lined up to play Ellie.
