Square Enix announced, this Tuesday (17), that the manga The Maid I Hired Recently is Mysterious (Saikin Yatotta Maid ga Ayashii) will get an anime . The production is scheduled to debut on Japanese TV in July, but no date has been set. Along with the announcement, the company also released a teaser for the new anime :
Monthly Gangan Joker magazine has been publishing the manga Saikin Yatotta Maid ga Ayashii since 2020. To date, the work has five volumes. Wakame Konbu is the one who writes and illustrates the manga. Furthermore, Konbu is also the author of The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated!, which recently also received an anime series.
The adaptation of The Maid I Hired Recently is Mysterious is directed by Minato Mirai . Meanwhile, character design is by Manchi Yoshino and direction is by Misuzu Hoshino. Finally, the Silver Link and BLADE studios are responsible for the animation.
Synopsis:
Yuuri is an innocent boy who lives alone in a mansion left by his parents in the countryside. One day, he hires a maid, Lilith, to help him. However, Lilith is a mysteriously suspicious girl. Therefore, Yuuri starts observing her, trying to discover what she is really hiding.
