Through social media, the manga Ikoku Nikki ( Journal with Witch anime adaptation announced to fans. In addition, the cast and a teaser were also announced.
Therefore, the anime adaptation is by Studio Shuka (Natsume Yuujinchou Go, Yuzuki-san Chi no Yonkyoudai).

Ikoku Nikki Synopsis:
Makio Kodai, a 35-year-old author, finds herself tasked with caring for her 15-year-old niece, Asa, after the loss of her parents. However, Makio soon realizes her decision was hasty, confronting her difficulty in dealing with others. Thus begins a routine in which Makio tries to adjust to the constant presence of another person, while Asa attempts to adapt to living with an adult figure who has never demonstrated such a role.
Ikoku Nikki is an award-winning manga by Tomoko Yamashita that was published between 2017 and 2023 in Feel Young magazine. The work has a total of 11 collected volumes published by Shodensha .
Finally, Ikoku Nikki will get a live-action film in Japan, scheduled to premiere on June 7, 2024.
