A new website was launched this Thursday to announce Cygames , " The Marginal Service ", the same website posted the first promotional video of the anime, names of the main voice actors, main technical staff and the announcement of the premiere for 2023.

The promotional video for The Marginal Service revealed several characters, namely: Brian Nightraider, Zeno Stokes, Dexter Bolts, Robin Timbert, Lyra Candeyheart, Cyrus N. Kuca, Theodore Tompson, and a squirrel-like character named Peck Desmond.
Although the main voice actors have been announced, it has not yet been revealed which of the characters they will voice.

- Yuichi Nakamura
- Kaori Nazuka
- Shinichiro Miki
- Mamoru Miyano
- Toshiyuki Morikawa
Masayuki Sakoi (Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online, A3! Season Autumn & Winter, Kamen no Maid Guy, Cautious Hero: The Hero Is Overpowered but Overly Cautious) is directing the anime at Studio 3Hz . Kenta Ihara (Cautious Hero: The Hero Is Overpowered but Overly Cautious, Saga of Tanya the Evil) is in charge of the series scripts, while Yoshio Kosakai (Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online) is designing the characters.
