Publisher Ichijinsha announced on Friday that Tenichi and Suzunosuke , “ The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen: From Villainess to Savior ” ( Higeki no Genkyou to naru Saikyou Gedou Last Boss Joo wa Min no tame ni Tsukushimasu. ) is available. inspiring an anime adaptation, which will debut. in July 2023.
Japanese channel MBS revealed a teaser for the anime:

Synopsis
Pride Royal Ivy is just eight years old when she realizes she has been reincarnated, destined to become the future evil queen and final boss of an otome game. She has it all in this new life: sharp wit, boss-level powers, and influence over the kingdom as crown princess.
Tenichi then began serializing the story on the website Shousetsuka ni Narou in April 2018, where it is still ongoing. Ichijinsha began publishing the story in print editions with illustrations by Suzunosuke, starting with the first volume in June 2019. The publisher released the fifth volume on April 4.
Finally, Matsuura launched the manga adaptation on the Zero-Sum Online in March 2020, and Ichijinsha published its third volume on January 31st.
