Publisher Ichijinsha announced on Friday that Tenichi and Suzunosuke " Most Heretical Last Boss Queen: From Villainess to Savior " ( ) is inspiring an anime adaptation, which will premiere in July 2023.
Japanese channel MBS revealed a teaser for the anime:

Norio Nitta (Kami-sama Minarai: Himitsu no Cocotama) is directing the anime at the studio " OLM Team Yoshioka ". Deko Akao (Pokémon: Journeys, Noragami) is in charge of series composition, while Hitomi Kouno is designing the characters. Hanae Nakamura , Tatsuhiko Saiki , Kanade Sakuma and Junko Nakajima are composing the music.
Synopsis
Pride Royal Ivy is only eight years old when she realizes she's been reincarnated, destined to become the future evil queen and final boss of an otome game. She has it all in this new life: sharp wit, boss-level powers, and influence over the kingdom as the crown princess.
Tenichi then began serializing the story on the Shousetsuka ni Narou in April 2018, where it remains ongoing. Ichijinsha began publishing the story in print editions with illustrations by Suzunosuke, starting with the first volume in June 2019. The publisher released the fifth volume on April 4.
Finally, Matsuura launched the manga adaptation on the Zero-Sum Online in March 2020, and Ichijinsha published the third volume of the same on January 31.
