Charles Ono
Hello! My name is Charlles and I'm passionate about Japanese culture, especially the world of anime. Here, I share trivia, news, and everything related to this world...

Recently, the popular portal Anime Corner released the results of its ranking of the most popular songs on Spotify – Spring Season 2021. The list compiled the songs with the highest number of plays on the famous Spotify platform. However, it's important to remember that the list only includes anime that premiered in the previous season, and opening/ending themes were counted from July 9th onwards. Now, let's check out the list:

Anime Music Songs – Top 3 on the List!

3. “Ashiato” 4,886,000 views

Finally, starting our top 3, we have the ending theme of My Hero Academia sung by the band The Peggies.

2. “No.1” – 6,061,000 views

In second place, the same anime is here, but now with its Dish opening theme.

1. “Cry Baby” – 17,800,000 views

Finally, our number one spot goes to this beautiful opening of Tokyo Revengers! It reached an incredible 17,800,000 views!

So, guys, what did you think of the list? First of all, it's worth remembering that an anime's soundtrack makes all the difference to the work. Also, the spring season recently ended, but this summer season brings new anime and the continuation of some, like Tokyo Revengers which took the top spot.

Moreover, Tokyo Revengers made the list twice, with both its opening and ending themes. This further reinforces the idea that the production of a good anime lies in its details. Similarly, it's worth highlighting the 5th season of My Hero Academia, which also appeared twice on the list!
