The 36th and 37th issues of Shueisha's weekly Shounen Jump The Promissed Neverland , a manga by Kaiu Shirai and Posuka Demisu , has entered the climax of its final arc.
The manga entered its final arc in September last year, and, in an interview, Shirai stated that she “didn’t want to extend the manga’s story too much.” He and the story editor agreed, saying that the ideal length for the manga would be “20 to 30 volumes in length.”

The manga, which has been published since August 2016, has 15 volumes published to date. Panini publishes the manga in Brazil, and has 6 volumes published by the publisher .
An anime adaptation was shown in this year's winter season, which was animated by studio CloverWorks and had 13 episodes. A second season has been confirmed for 2020, but there is no confirmation of its date yet.
