A new premiere date has been set for the second season of the anime The Promised Neverland , which was previously scheduled for October of this year.
The information arrived via Twitter that due to the Covid-19 pandemic the anime's premiere is now scheduled for January 2021.
The anime's first season premiered in January 2019. Aniplex licensed the anime to Crunchyroll , Hulu, Funimation, and HIDIVE. Toonami began airing the anime in April 2019.
Shirai and Demizu launched The manga in Shueisha's Shonen Jump magazine in August 2016, and the series entered its final arc in September 2018.
Finally, a film adaptation will be shown in theaters in December 2020.
