The official channel for the live-action Rurouni Kenshin , or Samurai X in Brazil, released the first teaser for the highly anticipated sequel. The video is approximately 30 seconds long and will be released next summer 2014. The teaser features a brief appearance by actor Tatsuya Fujiwara as Makoto Shishio .
By mid-year, not one, but two sequels had been confirmed! Even though the entire story up to the Oni Gang was told in just one two-and-a-half-hour film, the production will tackle Shishio's saga with two movies.
