The light novel : Tossed Aside by My Fiancé and Sold to Another Kingdom ( Kanpeki Sugite Kawaigeganai to Konyaku Haki Sareta Seijo wa Ringoku ni Urareru ) got its anime adaptation.
Therefore, and by all indications, the series will premiere in 2025. Directed by Shu Watanabe , the animation is by Troyca studio.
Synopsis:
Philia , born into a family in the Kingdom of Ziltonia that has been producing Saints for generations, received a rigorous education and developed such impressive skills that she is considered "the best in history." She dedicated her days to fulfilling her duties. However, her extreme perfection made her a target of criticism, being seen as "too perfect, without any charm." Even her fiancé, the second prince Julius , breaks off their engagement to her. Furthermore, Philia is eventually sold to the neighboring Kingdom of Parnacolta , which is suffering from a lack of a Saint, in exchange for money and resources. Now, she leaves her homeland for this new land.
Therefore, the light novel The Too-Perfect Saint gained serialization on the website by user Shōsetsuka ni Narō from July 2020 to January 2022. Later, it was acquired by Overlap, which began publishing it under its Overlap Novels f imprint in April 2021.
Finally, a manga adaptation illustrated by Mago Ayakita began serialization on Overlap's Comic Gardo manga service in November 2021.
