Netflix 's new animated film, The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf, has received a new trailer . According to the platform , the anime will be released on August 23rd.

The story takes place before the events of the series, released in 2019, following the path of Geralt , Vesemir. The synopsis states that Vesemir was an arrogant young witcher who loved killing monsters for money, but everything changes when a new threat emerges on the Continent.
