As the anime premieres, we bring you all the details about the individual characters in the Spy x Family anime so you can get to know each of them.
1. Loyd
Loid is a spy with extraordinary combat, memory, and information processing capabilities. He uses various identities to carry out his missions, although he is known by the codename "Twilight" within his secret organization. To carry out his latest mission, he must pose as a father and have a "child" enrolled in a prestigious school, whose admission criteria require the presence of "both parents." To meet this criteria, he created a fake family, with Anya as his daughter and Yor as his wife.
2. Yor Forger
Seen as an employee at Berlin City Hall, Yor is actually a skilled assassin nicknamed "Thorn Princess." She also used Yor's maiden name before "marrying" Loid. She is 27 years old and, unaware of who Loid really is, and thinking Anya is Loid's daughter from a previous marriage, she agreed to the fake marriage to avoid pressure from her coworkers.
3. Anya Forger
In short, Anya is a girl who can read other people's thoughts. A test subject in scientific experiments, she escapes after scientists consider her an experimental failure. After spending time in several orphanages, she convinces Loid to adopt her when he goes looking for a child for his mission. She's only four and a half years old, but she lied about being six so Loid would adopt her. Due to her ability, Anya becomes confused when exposed to crowds.
Kazuhiro Furuhashi is directing the anime at Wit Studio and CloverWorks . Meanwhile, Kazuaki Shimada is designing the characters, and [K]NoW_NAME is the music producer.
