Music composer Noriyasu Agematsu of the group Elements Garden has confirmed that a third season of the anime Uta no Prince Sama is in the works. This premiere is scheduled to begin airing in Japan in 2015.
The first season of Uta no Prince-sama – Maji Love 1000% was released in July 2011, followed by the second season of Uta no Prince-sama – Maji Love 2000%, which premiered in Japan earlier this year.
Synopsis: Haruka Nanami dreams of becoming a good songwriter so she can write songs for her idol, Hayato, to sing. To do so, she manages to get into Saotome Academy, a prestigious music arts school that trains idols, grooming singers and songwriters, and mentoring them until graduation. Haruka finds herself under pressure when she realizes the school is full of talented (and handsome) singers and songwriters.
