The official website for the anime To Your Eternity, inspired by Yoshitoki Oima ( Koe no Katachi ), has revealed the cast and primary staff for the series, and also announced that it will premiere in October of this year.
The anime produced by Brains Base will be directed by Masahiko Murata, composed by Shinzo Fujita and character designed by Koji Yabino.
Synopsis
The epic saga of an immortal hero seeking to understand what it is to be alive…
At the beginning, an “orb” is thrown to Earth.
"It" can do two things: change into the form of whatever stimulates "it," and return to life after death. "It" transforms from an orb to a rock, then to a wolf, and finally to a boy, but wanders around like a newborn who knows nothing.
As a boy, “it” becomes FUSHI.
As he experiences the kindness of humans, Fushi not only gains survival skills but also grows as a person. But his journey is interrupted by the inexplicable and destructive enemy NOKKER, as well as cruel goodbyes from the people he loves. Fushi continues his eternal quest, dealing with the pain of living as someone with the courage to choose his own path.
