The official website for Toaru Kagaku no Railgun S has posted a promo originally shown at Anime Contents Expo last month. The video features the theme song "Sister's Noise" by fripside. This second season, based on the "Sisters" arc, will premiere on April 12th on AT-X and later on TV Tokyo.
