Pony Canyon announced this Thursday (11) that the manga Tohai Mahjong , by author Kōji Shinasaka , is receiving an anime adaptation.
Thus, the premiere of the anime Tohai Mahjong is expected to reach Japan TVs in 2024.

Tohai Mahjong Synopsis
Money, women, organs. Kei, a high school student, frequents the underground mahjong room full of desires, earning the nickname 'Ice K' in the underworld due to his cold strategy and stylish play. Rumors also circulate that he keeps a girl in his house.
Shinasaka serialized the manga in Akita Shoten 's Young Champion from 2006 to 2011, and the work has 12 volumes.
